LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) is our top recommendation for most areas in Florida — it's waterproof, dimensionally stable, and looks stunning. Engineered hardwood also performs well. Solid hardwood requires careful moisture management.

For LVP and tile — 24 hours. For hardwood with site-applied finish — 48-72 hours for light foot traffic, 1-2 weeks before placing furniture.
We move standard furniture as part of the project. Large items like pianos or pool tables may require a specialty mover. We'll advise in advance.
